Office Manager

  1. Serves as liaison with Facilities and Maintenance

  2. Flexible to respond other duties on occasion or as needed.

  3. Please notify your supervisor at all times in the event of an emergency that you want to leave early or advise in advance if you wanted to take a day off or take a vacation so that we will be able to find a replacement for those days.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelors’ degree preferred

  2. Minimum 3+ years administrative/office management experience required

  3. Financial accounting knowledge and budget management experience

  4. Experience using MS Windows on PCs, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point)

  5. Must be a self-starter and show initiative to identify and resolve issues

  6. Ability to multi-task, and prioritize among several frequently changing assignment

  7. Deadline/goal-oriented, high energy individual

  8. Good communication skill

  9. high degree of professionalism

  10. Strong attention to detail
