We are currently seeking a Fitness Account Manager to join our dynamic team reporting directly to LG’s B2B Director of Hospitality and Fitness. This person would be responsible for building LG’s brand share in the Fitness Industry. Target Growth areas would include Gym Owner/Operators, Gym franchisees, Resellers, Distributors, Cardio Equipment Manufacturers, Hotel Guestroom/Fitness Center Solutions, Signage Content and Group Fitness Solution partnerships. Primary LG Products of focus will include Commercial TVs, Signage Monitors, Video Walls, DirectView LEDs with access to other LG divisions such as Commercial Air Conditioning. This person should be comfortable working with technology and develop new ideas to offer LG’s platform into Fitness Facilities. In this role you will cover a national territory and will be home office based the only geographic requirement is access to a regional hub Airport

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effective interpersonal sales skills to assist in the qualification of customer requirements and ability to align LG Fitness products as the customer solution

  • Provide pre and post sales technical support to properly integrate LG Fitness products into customer’s projects

  • Deliver product presentations to customers and partners articulating LG Fitness TV platform functionality and technical differentiators

  • Ability to deliver effective live product demos for customers

  • Establish LG as the dominate display provider to the Fitness Industry by increasing sales and brand recognition.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineer/Advanced Product Development team to develop new and innovative technology solutions for Fitness Facilities. Create Sales materials to present it

  • Pursue National Fitness Chains in effort to standardize LG as their preferred display provider

  • Solidify relationships with leading virtual group fitness content companies

  • Pursue Cardio equipment manufacturers with dedicated product line (if available)

  • Assist in creation of go to market strategy for fitness applications on LG displays.

  • Manage contracts for large fitness chains and cardio equipment manufacturers

  • Set up sales programs, promotions and pricing strategies to fulfill runrate business.

  • Partner with Third party System Integrators to offer LG signage solutions.

  • Develop reseller program

  • Develop relationships with Signage Distributors in collaboration with LG’s signage team.

  • Collaborate with marketing with build out of Fitness Website.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create marketing materials throughout the year

  • Manage and build CMS database and send out quarterly marketing/promotions

  • Attend 10-15 Fitness Conferences/Events per year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • GED is required; Bachelor Degree is preferred in a technical subject or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and/or engineering experience preferably in the Fitness Technology Industry (preferred experience in either TV display or technology solutions in area of Fitness)

  • Well connected within the Fitness Industry with Credible list of Industry contacts

  • Strong A/V and or IT technology background

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Ability to travel 60% throughout the U.S

  • Working Remote is acceptable.

  • Strong understanding of project and product specifications

  • Working knowledge of TV distribution system technologies including but not limited to: LCD LED technologies, software and firmware, networking

  • Knowledge in all MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation skills

  • Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Proven technical skills and customer facing sales capabilities
