Position Description:

The DMS Operations Agent assists the field service network in their day to day operations by providing administrative and customer support to up to 250 technicians across the nation. The admin team’s role includes schedule management, pending service call follow up and resolution, routing, parts reconciliation and other administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routing a fleet of technicians across the nation

  • Pending management support

  • Business hours phone que support for administrative tasks to field service technicians

  • Claim creation and rescheduling support as needed

  • Schedule management control for in field technicians

  • Part reconciliation and follow up assistance for in field technicians

  • Escalated customer support as needed

  • IT issue follow up and support for in field technicians


  • High School Diploma

  • Relevant administrative experience required

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to co-work within a team environment
