We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant join our dynamic Field Service Support team. All candidates must be able to work onsite at our Customer Support Office in Fontana, CA.

The DMS Operations Agent assists the field service network in their day to day operations by providing administrative and customer support to up to 420 technicians across the nation. The admin team’s role includes schedule management, pending service call follow up and resolution, routing, and other administrative tasks on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Routing a fleet of technicians across the nation with reporting to LG factory service technicians and leadership

  • Daily pending management support

  • Business hours phone que support for administrative tasks to support LG factory service technicians daily tasks

  • Resolution of LG factory service support tickets as received through Zendesk support portal

  • Interfacing and resolving support needs for escalated LG consumers as needed

  • IT issue coordination and support submission for LG factory service technicians

  • Project support related to process improvements to produce results, reasons, forecasts and simulations for LG factory service improvement

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Relevant administrative experience required

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills
