We are currently seeking a Staff Attorney to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Legal & Compliance Team!


Looking for a team oriented attorney who enjoys being challenged and collaborative working with Senior Attorneys. Position will provide support to the business matters pertaining to client group needs. Review and draft non-complex agreements. Manages the contract life cycle process, including the contract matter management system. Administrative duties related to contract support. Requires a law degree.


  • Create, review and negotiate contracts related to clients

  • Provide transactional documents needed by client to fulfill the client group’s legal needs.

  • Provide support to senior attorneys within the group in more complex legal issues

  • Handles other legal matters and duties as needed


  • JD degree is required

  • Ability to move agreements forward quickly in order to meet critical business objectives

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

  • Strong research, writing and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with a team as well as independently.

  • Ability to administer a database
