Business Division/Location : Signature Kitchen Suite/LG for Builders is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Marketing Team!
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand marketing strategies and channel programs to support the dynamic growth of the Signature Kitchen Suite/LG Builder business division.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the development of marketing strategies and programs to increase brand equity and awareness, drive dealer sales and leads, and develop campaigns and promotions to enhance channel partnerships. Additional responsibilities will include understanding channel marketing objectives, analyzing sales data/trends, developing go-to-market strategies with distribution, and implementing brand and tactical channel marketing plans.
Attention to detail with an eye for quality, overseeing flawless program execution, and the ability to grasp technical capabilities into USPs are crucial. An effective collaborator and strong team player, the Senior Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with other groups including product development, product marketing, sales and operations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Co-develop annual marketing strategies to increase brand identity and brand awareness.
Develop and implement channel support programs to support revenue plan.
Implement integrated marketing plan leveraging all platforms. This includes all marketing aspects (digital, social, print, merchandising, in-store, PR, trade shows, local activation and channel support programs to lift sales and market share).
Optimize, measure and report performance of all brand marketing vehicles and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and adjust accordingly
Oversee Channel Marketing program investments, recommending tactics that offer the best opportunity for performance and measure ROI. Importance weighing historical performance of Channel Marketing program elements along with outside investment analysis to create impactful and ROI positive programs.
Manage outside resources and agencies efficiently to the overarching marketing objectives
Ensures consistency of brand message throughout the organization & within external communication materials.
Work with product and marketing team to develop key messaging and product differentiators (USPs) to optimize product presence across strategic channel partners.
Works with the Sales team and customers to ensure timely and correct execution of Signature Kitchen Suite/LG for Builder marketing activities including flooring, promotional signage, new product introductions, channel exclusive POP, events and special projects needed.
Execute lead generation plan for channel partners.
Communication to channel partners regarding all programs, events, and product specific information.
Tailor marketing collateral for Partners related to new product/partner launches.
Works with cross functional teams to manage ongoing channel communications and updates.
Strong reporting skills to ensure that all investments are accountable to business outcomes.
Maintain a keen understanding of the competitive marketplace by monitoring client websites, industry announcements, and regulatory actions in order to make appropriate brand and marketing recommendations
Ensures data accuracy of product information in systems, catalogs, brochures, price books or other marketing materials
Drive and manage the marketing functions of the CRM database
Coordinates products and product communication for trade shows and dealer events (prototype ordering, product selection, key product messages) and work collaboratively to maximize event exposure with PR, Communications, Social
Performs all other duties as assigned
Develop “best in class “co-branding” marketing, including (but not limited to): traditional and digital advertising, SEM, dominant SOV on dealer web sites, POP, collateral, events.
Ensure compliance of all programs by creating/managing auditing process with clear reporting outputs
Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Product Marketing, and Product Trainers to ensure all assets/elements are developed/delivered on time, with consistency and in one complete package for Sales team.
Collaborates across business units with other key stakeholders to merge overall marketing communications plan across total LG organization.
Manages development of annual marketing plan and budget planning.
Manage processing of all applicable Marketing program invoices. Education/Experience (related experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or comparable experience; Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum 7 years consumer marketing experience; B2B business model and luxury experience a plus
Minimum 5 years traditional brand management or channel management experience: B2B business model experience preferred
Luxury appliance goods, consumer durable goods, consumer packaged goods experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills a must (both for external and internal contacts)
Must be comfortable working within a matrix structure, and driving consensus and alignment across multiple stakeholders in the U.S. and overseas.
Proven ability to lead relationships with agencies required
History of trade partner relationship building preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint*LI-YS1
