We are currently seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Vertical Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Denver Colorado as part of the Information Display Sales Team!

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call on Regional Long-Term Care companies to expand awareness of LG’s LTC products.

  • Work with Regional and National reseller personnel to support sales into the LTC category.

  • Participate in development of the go to market strategy.

  • Provide regular periodic tracking and reporting of Regional business.

  • Provide monthly sales forecast for Region.

  • Communicate any industry trends, concerns, and competitive information to Product Management and Supervisor.

  • Up to 50% travel required, including Regional and National Trade events.

  • Manage expense reporting on a timely basis within company guidelines.

  • Channel Partner Management

  • Meet sales goals while operating within budget boundaries by growing business with select Certified LG Healthcare Accounts.

  • Help Dealer network with day-to-day challenges internal (shipping, credit, etc..) and external (end user projects, RFP's, etc..).

  • Train regional dealer personnel in how to sell LG Electronics commercial products

  • End User Management

  • Field inquires and call on end users Long Term Care providers to pull business through Certified Dealer Network.

  • Utilize Salesforce to implement targeted marketing to end users (LTC Facilities).

  • Internal Reporting

  • Communicate to management, market conditions that impact LG Electronics success in the market place.

  • Report on large opportunities, competitive pressures, technology innovations, new SI players and dealer network condition.

  • Through customer contacts recommend product features to product management to insure LG Electronics product stays at the leading edge.

  • Trade Show & Field Activities

Attend and sell/exhibit product at regional and national industry shows

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • GED is required, Bachelor degree is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience within the Long Term Care industry

  • Experience in direct customer sales

  • Knowledge of the electronics industry

  • Superior oral and written skills

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Outstanding communications skills

  • Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
