We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. All candidates must be able to work coverage in the Charlotte, NC area.
Under Field Service supervision, this remote role will coordinate development and implementation of specialized field training and development programs of a highly technical or sophisticated nature, aimed at improving individual and organizational performance within the assigned area (See location requirements below). Conducts needs assessments and designs, develops, tests, delivers and evaluates technical field training programs for Direct Mobile Service Technicians (DMST) and service providers on all type of products. .
Accountable for KPI improvement for the assigned technicians they advise for; RTAT, FRFT, Reclaim, NPS, QoS and injuries.
Mentor techs on techniques to improve performance metrics.
Provide company support by planning/executing reclaim reduction and difficult repairs.
Service riding with field technicians and provide phone support - 40%
Plans, designs, develops, and delivers sustainable strategic field training (including technical training) and instructional programs, health and safety programs using instructor-led and/or train-the trainer.
Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures. 30%
Attend weekly quality meeting and report new field product issues and defects.
Provide factory support by riding with factory engineers and knowledge sharing.
Identify parts issues and forward to Q&E and Parts teams.
Inspect new models (IQC) by factory guidelines and submit weekly report. - 30%

Minimum 3 years of experience directly related to all appliances and responsibilities specified, which includes at least 1 year of experience conducting hands-on technical training.
Extensive working knowledge in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology.
Proficient in productivity tools for PC's
Project management and presentation skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
Demonstrated ability to train technicians and learners and novice computer users required.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment.
Moderate physical activity. May require physical effort including lifting up to 50 pounds and some extended periods of standing or walking and bending
Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned Region
